I’m not going to collect this Alpha class of POC vehicle toys, but they are still toys that are worth highlighting about for this POC toyline.  Happy toys collecting!

Sometime in early 2010, I missed out on getting a G.I.Joe The Rise of Cobra (ROC) Bravo vehicle - the Ice Dagger.  Hence when I first saw the G.I.Joe Pursuit of Cobra (POC) Bravo vehicle - the Wolf Hound, I couldn’t resist and got myself one from Simply Toys last month!  It’s a very nice looking and heavy artillery combat vehicle for its size.

Simply Toys was selling the 2 vehicles as a set, so I shared a combined purchase with another collector who only wanted the H.I.S.S. Tank.  I didn’t get the H.I.S.S. Tank of the same wave as I don’t like its shape, but I do know that both these POC Bravo class vehicles are very popular with G.I.Joe fans and toy collectors here and abroad!

Note: The above POC toyline is not found in the local major departmental stores, but only in some local collector’s toys shops, where stocks and asortments vary from shop to shop.

Happy G.I.Joe toys collecting!

Following my first blog post early last year about this topic, Hasbro continues their G.I.Joe toyline from the 2009 The Rise of Cobra (ROC) movie toyline, with the 2010 “Pursuit of Cobra” (POC) theme.  These G.I.Joe POC toys have been available in overseas markets for several months already, but have just began to surface more prominently in some local collector’s toy shops during the 4th quarter of 2010.

The more I look at these G.I.Joe POC figures, the more I like them.  I find them compatible with the figures from the 2009 G.I.Joe ROC movie toyline, in their sculpt and colors.  The details of these 3.75-inch figures are also very elaborate for their small sizes.  Most of their paint jobs are also well done, compared to what Hasbro gives us in their similar scale Marvel Universe action figures toyline.

Local toy stores like Simply Toys, and several toy shops at the Sunday Toy Market in China Square Central are known to sell these toys, but while assorted stocks last.  They retail from around SGD 15.90 to SGD 24.90 each, depending on the “rarity” of the figure.  Oh my, this G.I.Joe toy “poison” is really quite formidable!  I hope I don’t get too “hooked” on them, LOL!

We begin 2011 with more photos and video reviews “poisons” from Hasbro’s G.I.Joe Pursuit of Cobra (POC) toyline that continues from 2010!  Toy collectors do realise by now that by going online to visit toy blogs and websites to specifically search out the latest toy news and photos, is to be voluntarily getting “poisoned” and further addicted to the toy collecting hobby.  But since there is a demand, or rather craving by fans and collectors to indulge in these, I shall oblige and provide the necessary fodder for their viewing pleasure!  So do note that you are choosing to view the below toy video reviews at your own choice!  Don’t say I that swayed you into collecting yet another toyline, LOL!
