Chinese New Year’s Eve

Today is the eve of Chinese New Year.  I just did a last round of spring cleaning for the parts of my room and house that I missed out earlier.  My toys are ’secure’ and my abode now looks neater and tidier than usual, which is typical at this time of every year.  I have also decorated my home in red and gold, and I am all ready to usher the Chinese New Year of the Rat, which is the first animal of the 12 Chinese Zodiac signs!
