G3 Ponyville La Ti Da Salon Playset

Yes, I find the name of this up and coming My Little Pony Ponyville Playset a bit weird. I think that Hasbro could have come up with a better sounding and more catchy name. Anyway, this Ponyville La Ti Da Hair & Spa Playset comes with a Ponyville figure that allows you to switch its mane style, much like changing wigs.

I would say that the idea is quite innovative though its not new to the My Little Pony toy line. Hasbro had previously used this “changeable mane” idea on one of its G2 My Little Pony sets in the late 90’s. Although I’m getting bored of the Ponyville series, don’t mind seeing this playset in the stores soon. It might just look better in person, so let’s not judge it too soon. I’d expect this playset to hit our local stores by Christmas.
