It’s time for toys culling season

In the midst of my recent clutter clearing session, I’ve decided to streamline my toy collections. Hence some toylines will have to go. It was a hard decision to make, but sacrifices are necessary for me to focus and have more room for the toylines that I love the best.
Certain toys in my collections were collected on impulse due to movie fads. Luckily these toys are far and few, when compared to my main collections of My Little Pony and Lego knights series that I collected for more 10 years. Not all my movie toys will be cleared out as I will still keep the most memorable ones.
In the meantime, toy shopping trips will be drastically reduced for me, even if it’s the annual Great Singapore Sale now, “sniff”!

I kind of agree that toys bought on impulse during anime or movie fads that are out of my collection can really be out of place after some time.
Hi Katsuden,
Many movie toys are very hard to clear away after their movie seaason because everyone else also lost interest in them. So now we’re stuck with them
Toy culling time, indeed.
Got to go through and sell so that I can get new ones. The collecting life
I still like the legends transformers devastator.
Me too but it’s hard to control after you see the quality and details of the toys
Hi D7ana,
It’s a never ending cycle!
Hi Hippo,
Hmmm, I think the ROTF Legends Devastaor (Hasbro version) has sold out in the dept stores already…
Hi deSMOnd,
When pressed for precious toy display and storage space at home, we’ve got to keep the best and clear out the rest of the movie toys.
Sad, but that’s the way, unless we get a larger home!
