Justice Lord Hawkgirl sold out fast

I visited the retail stores again yesterday and found that all the Justice League 3-packs containing Stargirl (I am not familiar with this character) and Justice Lord Hawkgirl, had already sold out.  The cashier told me that the figures that are very sought after by toy collectors usually sell out by the first day of being displayed on the shelf.  The common figures that no one wants, would always be around for a long time and sometimes, even being on sale could not completely clear them from the shelves. 

I forgot to ask the cashier if the popular Justice League toys were being picked up by different individuals or by the same person who bought multiples of the same figures.  If it is the latter case, then Justice League toys collecting could be still quite active here in Singapore, to be able support a re-sale market.  Of course the ‘late comers’ collectors would then have to pay the toy traders/speculators a premium for the figures that they want but could not lay their hands on in time.

Fortunately I managed to grab my Justice League Hawkgirl 1 week ago when there were many pieces for me to choose the best one from.  I got her 3-pack at 20% discount too, though I still consider it expensive because I only wanted Justice Lord Hawkgirl.  The variant Justice Lords Superman and Batman (some websites call them cyber Superman & Batman) look quite lame with the extra red dots and black lines on their shoulders, and they are ‘useless extras’ to me.  Well. at least I am thankful that I have finally completed my Justice Lords set.
