G3 Ponyville Ice Cream Shoppe Diner Playset

This is the latest G3 My Little Pony item to hit our local stores. Ponyville Ice Cream Shake Diner playset with Scootaloo (the new version with removable mane wigs) has been spotted here in Singapore this week and it’s selling at SGD 29.90 per playset. I last blogged about this playset back in September 2008, when the online My Little Pony collectors’ community on MLP Arena first started to know and discuss about it.

Now that I’ve seen this playset in person in the stores, I find Scootaloo quite cute looking with her new removable mane wig styles. She has 2 mane wigs and a cafe chef hat to change into. Scootaloo has upgraded to driving a car instead of riding a scooter. She also runs a drive-in Ice Cream cafe business, a very entrepreneurial little pony indeed! Even little ponies learn to seek business opportunities in a recession, go My Little Pony go!
