ROTF Deluxe action figures - wave 4.

Wave 4: Cannon Bumblebee, Mudflap, Interrogator Barricade & Ravage (SGD 27.90 each).

They’re here, they’re finally here! The next wave of highly anticipated ROTF Deluxe action figures have reached our local departmental stores this week! If you go shopping this weekend, they should all be up on the pegs and shelves waiting for you to bring them home!

The overall paint job on this wave looks much improved from the earlier waves of ROTF Deluxe toys we’ve seen so far. Even the newer batches of Deluxe Sideswipes have less obvious or no more scratch marks on them. The first batch of Sideswipes with terrible and unforgivable scratch marks on them, shouldn’t even had been allowed to leave the factory but they did. It was in a way quite unethical of them…

Anyway let’s put it behind us for now as wave 4 is here! Bumblebee looks very cool with tinted windows and his 2 shoulder cannons popped up in the package. Interrogator Barricade looks the same as before and makes a good alternative for those who missed out on the first movie version. Ravage looks to be the new Deluxe hot favourite and he is bigger in person than I expected. Mudflap, well I forgot to examine him but he looks rather normal in car mode with a missile beside him.

And hence, my initial guess is that the black panther will come closest in challenging or even overtake Deluxe Sideswipe for the popularity lead in the coming weeks. Then followed by the yellow cannons and spikey headlights! The oranges will probably accompany the remaining greens in the stores. Till then, happy ROTF toy hunting!

Update: There are 2 variants for Cannon Bumblebee - either frosted or clear windows! There are also 2 variants for Mudlfap - back license plate reads either “Trax” or “Mudflap”!

wah…Singapore release wave 4 already but Malaysia side still have to wait. Rumors say may be launch together or 1~2 days later with the movie. I missed barricade in TF1, so i’m going for it & canon BB. Have to see personally on ravage 1st, in the picture it looks more like a robodog then sophisticated panther.
BTW, I got the 23th 9pm preview ticket d. How are you guys here?

Ravage disappears fast in the stores here. I think you may like him when you see him in person. He’s also quite large, like the size of TFA Voyager Optimus Prime. Standing on 4 legs gives him more height over a Deluxe car

I’m probably gonna watch the ROTF movie in the 2nd week, unless I get good seats on the first weekend. I read so much spoilers online that nothing could surprise me much

I will go for Mudflap, Ravage and waiting for Bumblebee with Sam figure version to be arrived in Singapore. I think there is the only Bumblebee I will collect for the ROTF series.

To me, I dislike the Cannon Bumblebee because of its chest part which looks very very “Normal”. I prefer the first wave Bumblebee.

You have Preview BB right? Human Alliance (HA) BB w/Sam is nice too, but I wonder how much it will be?

Cannon BB actually looks better in person. If you lift up the shoulder cannons and a bit of the head panel on the bonnet, the chest part won’t looks so ‘blocky’

Hi, ALL! HABB landed in Malaysia d. Selling at RM149.90. It did looks a lot like TF alternator series. Wonder when is Canon BB coming in Malaysia…
I like canon BB cause the hand mold is movie accurate, meanwhile wave 1 BB chest is exactly transforming as TF1 BB chest. I think this Hasbro really talented in marketing. it’s always Pro & Cons… Make us buy more. lol haha…
Anyway, just watch TF2,Great movie! Don worry. no spoiler here. Only wanna remind you the TF comic which claims to be be movie spoiler seems not 100% accurate. the story just goes to other way from the comics.

Ahhh… that’s good! I also use Entertainment Earth to know what are the wave assortments!

I got both Ravage and Interrogator Barricade, Barry is actually my favorite Decepticon in TF movie 1, next to megatron.

Ravage is nice toy! And you know what’s even nice, he can be use as a left arm for Leader Class Megatron! Once I have a cam, I can send you a pic of it! Even Demolishor can serve that purpose as well to Megatron!

I’ve got both Ravy & Barry too! Barry was also 1 of my fav Decepticon in RF movie 1. I didn’t like Megs cos I never forgave him for ripping Jazz apart

Wow, I didn’t know Ravy can double up as Megs’ arm, he’s really versatile! I look forward to seeing pics of Meg’s alt arm!

Once I have my cam back! I will take pics using Ravy and Demolishor as Alt arms for Leader Megs! That is a factor also on why Megs is my favorite leader class! Plus the durabilty, and you can feel that the price is worth it’s weight and sculpted details!

At least you can feel Jazz has been avenged a bit in the ROTF movie, coz OP made Megs shoot himself with his Cannon, blowing half of his face, and it’s really funny even for me as a Megatron fan seeing his face blown in half and calling Starscream…

Oh I missed that! Then Starscream is also a poster bot too!

BTW look out for Mudflap’s variant in the malls, coz Some Mudflaps have Trax written on License plate, but some also have Mudflap written on it.

Know why Fallen ain’t much of a posterbot? coz He was weak for me in the Movie, Megs did a better job in the movie than Fallen, but I like the fact that Candyman was the Fallen’s voice.

Oh.. get those variants then, Mudflap with name on license plate will look much better with Skids!

Dunno bout Cannon Bee, coz I’m happy with my Preview Bee, but If you don’t have preview Bee, then get him.

The Fallen ain’t a posterbot, but it doesn’t stop his toy from being popular among collectors. Legends The Fallen aka Baby Fallen is very cute and very popular here too. He’s hardly seen hanging for long in the stores…
