Weekend trip to Orchard Road

I went to shop at Orchard Road today and found all the toys I wanted for my collection. I actually carried them with me and just before I reached the cashier, I changed my mind and put back everything on the shelves. I just couldn’t bring myself to buy any new toys without having discounts on them. I badly want to stretch my dollars, and also because my ‘Play’ funds are very low now.

Anyway, the ‘traditional’ National Day weekend sale is coming on next weekend. Most major departmental stores will advertise their sale in the papers to pull in the shoppers who are out during the National Day weekend. I’ll buy my stuff then, for there will at least be a 20% discount in most of the stores.
